Girls Leading Our World (G.L.O.W.)
G.L.O.W. (Girls Leading Our World) is the outreach initiative of Women Can Engineer, created to inspire and educate the next generation of girls in STEM. Through school visits, real conversations, and engaging hands-on activities, G.L.O.W. introduces students to the endless possibilities within science, technology, engineering, and math. Our goal is simple: to spark curiosity, build confidence, and show every girl that she has the power to lead her own future.
